This trip encompasses the most famous of
Tanzania’s northern national parks including the Serengeti,
Lake Manyara, Tarangire, and the world famous Ngorongoro Crater.
The return journey is over the enormous Maasai steppe towards
Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest and most famous
mountain, where the trip ends.
This adventure is perfect for those who love
the thrill of off-road riding. It is a little more complicated
and demanding than the Usambara route but for experienced
riders it will be an amazing and slightly challenging experience.
Accommodation on the trip is at a variety
of high-quality Safari lodges and temporary tented camps ensuring
that comfort and relaxation are equal priorities to a great
riding experience.
Route profile:
the route is moderately severe for biking; roads vary from
gravel, sand tracks and some small sections of tar. 90% of
the trip is off-road and it is approximately 1550KM long.
